摘 要:甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术是目前重要的乙烯、丙烯生产技术。MTO装置普遍存在急冷水杂质含量高的问题,影响装置稳定运行,选择合适的急冷水过滤技术非常关键。MTO急冷水中的杂质主要是催化剂细粉和蜡状物,催化剂细粉的质量浓度可达20~500 mg/L,且颗粒粒径小于5μm,蜡状物主要是多环芳烃。催化剂细粉和蜡状物在急冷水中形成悬浮物,增加了分离难度。目前已应用的MTO急冷水过滤技术有旋液分离器、金属滤芯过滤器、非金属膜过滤器(胀鼓列管式过滤器)和沸腾床过滤器等,其中沸腾床过滤器实际应用效果较好,沸腾床过滤器和旋液分离器配合使用是目前较优的MTO急冷水过滤方案。Methanol to olefins(MTO)technology is an important production technology of ethylene and propylene at present.The problem of high impurity content in quench water is common in MTO units,which affects the stable operation of the unit.Therefore,it is very important to select the appropriate quench water filtration technology.Catalyst fine powder and waxy material are the major impurities in MTO quench water.The concentration of catalyst fine powder can reach 20~500 mg/L,and the particle size is less than 5μm.The waxy material is mainly composed of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The catalyst fine powder and waxy material can form suspended matter in quench water,which increases the difficulty of separation.At present,the applied MTO quench water filtration technologies include hydrocyclone,sintered metal filter,expansion drum tube filter and ebullated bed filter,etc.The practical application effect of ebullated bed filter is better,and the combination of ebullated bed filter and hydrocyclone is the best MTO quench water filtration scheme at present.
