摘 要:针对过滤材料使用寿命短的问题,根据相关标准,对8种滤料覆膜前后的面密度、厚度、透气率进行测试,并采用pH值=5的硫酸水溶液、pH值=9的氢氧化钠水溶液和去离子水对滤料进行处理,利用断裂强力表征滤料耐酸碱腐蚀性能的优劣。研究表明:8种滤料覆膜后,面密度的变化幅度为-8.8%~8.0%,厚度的变化值为-0.21~0.84 mm,覆膜工艺对滤料面密度和厚度的影响不大;覆膜后滤料的透气率减小;覆膜整理可有效提高玻璃纤维滤料、玄武岩纤维滤料、玄武岩纤维与氟美斯复合滤料、美塔斯滤料和涤纶滤料的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。On account of the problem of short service life of filter materials,the surface density,thickness and permeability of 8 kinds of filter materials before and after film covering were tested according to relevant standards,and sulfuric acid solution with pH value of 5,sodium hydroxide solution with pH value of 9 and deionized water were used to treat the filter materials.The fracture strength was used to characterize the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the filter materials.The results showed that,after covering,the area density of 8 kinds of filter material varied from-8.8%to 8.0%,the change in thickness was between-0.21 mm and 0.84 mm.The film covering process had little effect on the area density and the thickness of the filter materials.The air permeability of the film covered filter materials was reduced.The film covering could effectively improve the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of glass fiber filter materials,basalt fiber filter materials,basalt fiber and FMS composite filter materials,Metamax filter materials and polyester filter material materials.
