摘　　要：对于石油化工设备而言,利用状态监测预警系统对其设备运行的实时状态进行动态监测,其使用价值相对较高。而且该系统实现了设备运行的动态监测过程,可以避免设备在出现故障之后需要拆卸的过程。通过动态诊断以及分析,也可以快速了解石油化工设备故障发生的位置以及原因,从而科学合理地为后续工作的方案奠定坚实的基础。For petrochemical equipment,the use of a condition monitoring and early warning system to dynamically monitor the real-time status of its equipment operation has a relatively high use value.Moreover,the system realizes the dynamic monitoring process of equipment operation,which can avoid the process of equipment disassembly after failure.Through dynamic diagnosis and analysis,it is also possible to quickly understand the location and cause of petrochemical equipment failures,so as to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up work plan scientifically and reasonably.
