摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜癌(EC)患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平,并分析其影响因素。方法选取息县人民医院妇产科2019年5月至2020年5月收治的80例EC患者作为研究对象,均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,患者出院时,采用中文简版自主感知量表(PEAS-SCV)评估患者自主性感知水平,询问并记录患者一般资料;比较不同资料特征的EC患者腹腔镜术后PEAS-SCV评分,分析可能导致EC患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平低下的影响因素。结果合并≥2种慢性疾病、生活不满意、具有一般社会支持度的EC患者腹腔镜术后PEAS-SCV评分低于合并≤1种慢性疾病、生活满意、具有满意社会支持度的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析显示,合并≥2种慢性疾病、生活不满意、具有一般社会支持度均为EC患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平较差的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论合并≥2种慢性疾病、生活不满意、具有一般社会支持度均为EC患者腹腔镜术后自主性感知水平较差的影响因素。Objective To observe the level of autonomic perception in patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)after laparoscopic surgery,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Eighty patients with EC admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xixian People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,at the time of discharge,the simplified Chinese version of the PEA scale(PEAS-SCV)was used to assess the level of autonomic perception of patients,the baseline data of patients were inquired and recorded;the PEAS-SCV scores of EC patients with different data characteristics after laparoscopic surgery were compared,the influencing factors that might lead to the low level of autonomic perception in EC patients after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed.Results The PEAS-SCV score of EC patients with≥2 chronic diseases,dissatisfied life and general social support was lower than that of EC patients with≤1 chronic disease,satisfied life and satisfactory social suppor(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that the combination of≥2 chronic diseases,dissatisfaction with life and general social support were the influencing factors of poor autonomic perception of EC patients after laparoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of≥2 chronic diseases,dissatisfaction with life and general social support are the influencing factors of poor autonomic perception in EC patients after laparoscopic surgery.
