摘　　要：慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)是泌尿外科常见病及多发病,迄今为止,其病因尚不明确,通常会引起患者疼痛不适,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,该疾病的治疗目标仍是缓解症状、改善患者生活质量,泌尿科医师对该疾病治疗方法的不断实践,为CP/CPPS的治疗提供了一定的依据。笔者就近年来国内外相关文献对CP/CPPS的治疗做一综述。Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS)is a common and frequently occurring disease in urology department.So far,the etiology of CP/CPPS is not clear,which usually causes pain and discomfort in patients and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,the goal of the treatment of the disease is still to re-lieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.With the continuous practice of urologists on the treatment of the disease,it provides a certain basis for the treatment of CP/CPPS.This paper reviews the treatment of CP/CPPS in the domestic and foreign literature in recent years.
