摘　　要：吸引华侨投资,发展国内经济是历届政府制订经济政策的重要内容。抗战时期,在国民政府及各部门出台的吸引华侨投资政策的感召下,海外华侨掀起投资国内热潮。在政府政策引导、地方特色等因素作用下,华侨投资区域大致分为华东、大后方、闽粤三个地区,且投资各地行业呈现出不同情况。就投资时间而言,国民政府政治中心的转移影响着华侨投资区域的选择,投资区域及时间段大致追随首都位置的变化。强烈的政策引导性投资是战时华侨投资国内的突出特点,投资地区、投资行业明显的倾向性有利于集中华侨资金,为支援祖国抗战胜利提供了坚强后盾。Attracting overseas Chinese investment to develop the domestic economy is an important part of the economic policies formulated by successive governments.During the Anti-Japanese War,inspired by the policies of the national government and various departments to attract overseas Chinese investment,overseas Chinese set off a domestic investment boom.Under the influence of government policy guidance,local characteristics and other factors,overseas Chinese investment areas are roughly divided into three regions:East China,Dahoufang,and Fujian and Guangdong,and investment in various industries presents different situations.As far as the investment time is concerned,the transfer of the political center of the national government affects the choice of overseas Chinese investment areas,and the investment area and time period roughly follow the change of the capital’s location.Strong policy-guided investment is a prominent feature of overseas Chinese investment in the country during the war.The obvious tendency of investment regions and investment industries is conducive to the concentration of overseas Chinese funds and provides a strong backing for supporting the victory of the motherland in the War of Resistance.
