摘  要:该试验旨在优选黄精灵芝胶囊水提醇沉工艺。采用正交试验,以药液相对密度、醇沉时间、醇沉浓度为考察因素,红景天苷转移率、粗多糖转移率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标进行工艺优选。优选的醇沉工艺为药液相对密度1.10 g/mL,醇沉时间12 h,醇沉浓度40%。该优选工艺客观可行、合理稳定,可用于工业化生产。It was to optimize the alcohol precipitation technology of Huangjing Lingzhi capsule.The relative density of liquor,the concentration and time of alcohol precipitation were chosen as the factors.The salidroside transferrate,crude polysaccharides transferrate and yield extract were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes by orthogonal test.The optimal alcohol precipitation technology was as follows:the extraction liquid was concentrated till the relative density was 1.10 g/mL,ethanol was added until the concentration was up to 40%with the alcohol precipitation time of 12 h.It was concluded that the optimized extraction process was objective,practical,reasonable and stable,which provided experimental basis for industrial production.
