摘  要:文中通过对某天然气储配站埋地管道防腐层检测,发现管道外防腐存在破损,开挖后发现弯头断裂失效。通过断口宏观分析、壁厚测定、母材理化性能试验、硬度测试等进行试验验证。试验结果表明:管道超温使用、弯头母材冲击韧性差等造成弯头母材断裂失效。In this paper,through the detection of the anti-corrosion coating of the buried pipeline in a natural gas storage and distribution station,it was found that the external anti-corrosion of the pipeline was damaged,and the elbow fracture failure was found after excavation.The results were verified by fracture macro analysis,wall thickness measurement,base metal physical and chemical properties test and hardness test.The test results show that the fracture failure of elbow base metal is caused by the use of pipeline over temperature and poor impact toughness of elbow base metal.
