摘  要:提出一种基于微波干涉电路的液体介电常数测量方法。首先,采用接地共面波导(Grounded Coplanar Waveguide,CPWG)作为敏感元件,运用传输线法测量加载不同待测材料(Material Under Test,MUT)情况下损耗和相位的变化量。然后,使用干涉电路将MUT引起的幅度和相位变化映射为混频器输出的直流电压值,摆脱了对矢量网络分析仪等大型测试设备的依赖。最后,通过仿真以及多种有损耗液体实物测试验证了所提测量方法的有效性,测量结果显示,传感器对于介电常数实部虚部的提取误差小于3%,具有很好的实用价值。A new method in virtue of an interferometry architecture for measuring dielectric spectrometry of liquids is proposed.A grounded coplanar waveguide(CPWG)is adopted as the sensitive element.According to the transmission line analysis,the change in the dielectric constant of the material under test(MUT)is converted into the change in the amplitude and phase of the transmission characteristic.Since the amplitude and phase changes caused by the MUT are mapped to DC voltage variations of a mixer,the complex permittivity can be measured simultaneously without large scale test equipment such as vector network analyzers(VNA).To demonstrate the effectiveness of the sensor proposed in this paper,several simulations and experiments have been carried out.Experiments show that the proposed sensor has an error rate less than 3% and has good practical value.
