摘 要:研究渔港在台风期间的避风容量对于渔船避台有着重要的意义。运用MIKE 21谱波模型和Holland台风模型,模拟了在超级台风“利奇马”作用下温岭中心渔港的波浪特性,并对温岭中心渔港的避风容量进行了预测,合理规划了停泊区域。为了比较不同等级的台风对渔港的影响,通过按比例调整台风特征参数,模拟了13级、15—18级台风作用下温岭中心渔港周围台风浪的特征。d趋势模型的评估结果分别为0.90、0.88、0.98和0.97,表明模型仿真结果与实测数据资料吻合良好,证明MIKE 21谱波模型和Holland台风模型能够很好地模拟台风“利奇马”过境期间该海域的波浪分布。“利奇马”过境时,温岭中心渔港可停放1450艘渔船,可避风面积占港区总面积的40.7%。台风每提高一级,可能造成304艘小型渔船或204艘中型渔船或136艘大型渔船无法停泊。研究成果可为经常遭受台风袭击的避风型渔港建设提供参考。It is of great significance to study the berthing capacity of fishing port during typhoon for the sheltering of fishing vessels.Combining the MIKE 21 Spectrum Wave model(SW)with Holland wind field model,the wave characteristics of Wenling Central Fishing Port under the influence of super typhoon Lekima was simulated,the sheltering capacity of Wenling Central Fishing Port was forecasted and the berthing area was planned reasonably.In order to compare the influence of different typhoons on the fishing port,the characteristics of typhoons around the port under the action of level 13 and 15~18 typhoons were simulated by adjusting the characteristic parameters of typhoons in proportion.The evaluation results by the d trend model are 0.90,0.88,0.98,and 0.97 respectively,showing the calculated results were in good agreement with the measured data,which proves that the wave model can simulate the wave distribution during typhoon Lekima passing.The results show that 1450 fishing vessels can be parked in Wenling Central Fishing Port during the transit of Lekima,and the berthing area accounts for 40.7%of the total area of the port.When the typhoon increased by one level,it may cause 304 small fishing vessels or 204 medium-sized fishing vessels or 136 large fishing vessels unable to berth.The research results can provide reference for the construction of sheltering fishing ports that are often attacked by typhoons.
