摘  要:以硅酸铝为原料,加入可燃物作造孔剂,在对成型制品烧成时这些可燃物被烧掉,从而制成了多孔隔热保温材料。本文对这一工艺过程进行了研究,并探讨了所制成材料的吸水率、显气孔率、体积密度、热导率、线性热膨胀系数、机械强度与烧成温度以及加入可燃物的种类和加入量的关系。The porous heat insulation material is made of aluminum silicate as raw material,fuel is added as pore-forming agent,and the fuel is burned off when the shaped products are fired.In this paper,the technological process is studied,the relationship between water absorption,apparent porosity,bulk density,thermal conductivity,Coefficient of thermal expansion,mechanical strength and firing temperature as well as the kind and amount of fuel added were discussed.
