血清IL-12、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10对尖锐湿疣复发的预测价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究血清白细胞介素12(IL-12)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)对尖锐湿疣复发的预测价值。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的68例尖锐湿疣患者,根据治疗后是否复发分为复发组(31例)和无复发组(37例),并选择同期健康体检者35例为对照组。分析三组血清IL-12、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清IL-12、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10预测尖锐湿疣复发的价值。结果复发组和无复发组IL-12、IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);复发组IL-2、IL-12水平低于无复发组(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10水平高于无复发组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,IL-12、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10预测尖锐湿疣复发的最佳截断值分别为3.16 pg/mL、3.13 pg/mL、3.73 pg/mL、6.03 pg/mL,AUC值分别为0.756、0.739、0.788、0.757。结论血清IL-12、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10对尖锐湿疣复发均有一定预测价值,可作为临床参考指标。Objective To evaluate the predictive value of serum interleukin 12(IL-12), interleukin 2(IL-2), interleukin4(IL-4) and interleukin 10(IL-10) in the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixty-eight patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to whether recurrence occurred after treatment, they were divided into two groups such as the relapse group(31 cases) and the non-relapse group(37 cases), and 35 healthy patients were selected as the controls during the same period. The levels of serum IL-12, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10 in the three groups were comparatively analyzed. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of serum IL-12, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 in predicting the recurrence of genital warts. Results The levels of IL-12 and IL-2 in the relapsed and non-relapsed groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05), and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The levels of IL-12 and IL-2 in the relapsed group were lower than that in the non-relapsed group(P <0.05), whereas the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were higher than those in the non-relapsed group(P <0.05). ROC curve results showed that the best cut-off values of IL-12, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10 for predicting the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum were 3.16 pg/mL, 3.13 pg/mL,3.73 pg/mL, 6.03 pg/mL, respectively, and their AUC values were 0.756, 0.739, 0.788, 0.757.. Conclusion Serum IL-12,IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10 have certain predictive value for the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum and can be used as clinical reference indicators.
