摘　　要：随着我国“双创”战略的深入实施,科技创新成为拉动经济发展的主要动力,科技成果转化是科技创新的主要渠道,是科技与经济紧密结合的关键环节。我国各地政府积极扶持科技中介服务发展,以服务区域经济发展为目标,建立科技中介服务协会,加大政府、企业和高校之间的合作,共同建立科技创新研发基地,完善科技服务中介发展和管理机制,加快科技成果转化,把科学技术转换为实际生产力,落实创新驱动发展战略,促进区域经济发展。With the in-depth implementation of the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"strategy in China,scientific and technological innovation has become the main driving force for economic development.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the main channel for scientific and technological innovation and the key link for the close combination of science and technology with economy.Local governments of China actively support the development of science and technology intermediary service,to serve the regional economic development as the goal,establish intermediary service of science and technology association,business,government and the cooperation between colleges and universities,set up research and development of science and technology innovation base,improve the science and technology intermediary service development and management mechanism,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,science and technology into actual productive force,so as to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development and promote regional economic development.
