抚顺东露天矿爆破效果不良的原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：为了扭转东露天矿爆破作业质量问题频发的不利局面,对现行穿爆环节作业程序进行了认真梳理,分析出各工序执行过程中存在问题对爆破质的影响原因;运用工程、工艺和管理手段,对存在的问题一一制定了预防措施。结果表明:预防措施的应用可大幅压缩爆破根底、硬帮、大块等不良爆破结果发生率,电铲装车效率得到显著提升,系统一次作业周期得到进一步压缩。In order to reverse the adverse situation of frequent occurrence of bad quality problems in blasting operation in east open-pit mine,this article carefully combs the current operation procedures of piercing blasting link,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the implementation process of each process affecting the blasting quality.By means of engineering,technology and management means,we formulate preventive measures for existing problems.The results show that the application of preventive measures can greatly reduce the occurrence rate of bad blasting results such as blasting foundation,hard slope and large block,significantly improve the loading efficiency of electric shovel,further compress the time of one operation cycle of the system.
