摘　　要：结合企业的维修现状,分析了设备管理和人员维修激励方面存在的问题,阐述了“一二四”设备管理激励策略的内容和实施过程。实践表明:“一二四”设备管理激励策略实施以来,维修人员的积极性明显提高,维修和创新能力显著加强,设备维修质量进一步提高,设备出动率得到持续提升。The article combines with the maintenance status of Shengli Energy,analyzes the existing problems of equipment management and personnel maintenance incentive,and expounds the contents and implementation process of the"one,two,four"incentive strategy for equipment management.The practice shows that since the implementation of the"one,two,four"incentive strategy for equipment management,the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel,maintenance skills and innovation ability have been significantly strengthened,equipment maintenance quality has been further improved,equipment utilization rate has been continuously enhanced.
