摘　　要：通过对准能集团设备维修中心安全管理现状分析,阐述了中心践行安全管理新思路,培育特色安全文化,突出安全管理基础和安全管理重点,全方位安全管理实践。结果表明:全方位安全管理为安全生产长周期奠定了坚实基础,为实现“安全一流”提供了有力保障。By analyzing the current situation of safety management in equipment maintenance center,this article expounds the new thinking of practicing safety management in the center,cultivates the characteristic safety culture,and highlights the basis of safety management and the key practice of all-round safety management.The results show that the omni-directional safety management lays a solid foundation for the long period of safety production,and provides a strong guarantee for the center to realize"safety first-class".
