摘  要:激光直接成型工艺是有机金属络合物高分子材料由激光照射其表面,表面释放出金属粒子形成导电材料,无需电镀、刻蚀,直接可在该聚合物材料表面形成复杂三维天线线路。铸模互联天线设备是1种聚合物注射成型的天线,该聚合物为有机金属络合物。讨论了激光直接成型铸模互联偶极天线和圆锥形四臂双极化对数周期天线的设计、仿真、制作和测试。仿真与测试结果吻合较好。偶极子天线采用Xanter聚碳酸酯激光直接成型材料作为天线基体,工作频率为1 GHz,巴伦、放大器、匹配网络、连接器都临近偶极子,一体设置在聚合物上。测试得到偶极天线的回波损耗为-18 dB。圆锥形四臂极化对数周期天线重点讨论了平面弯曲结构对输入阻抗和辐射特性的影响。在3—9 GHz范围内提供了超过了-8 dB的输入匹配。辐射方向图为2个线性正交极化,前后比为6 dB。5.5 GHz达到最大增益为5.6 dBi,天线相关系系数证实了该结构对天线分集和MIM0应用的适应性。The technology of laser direct structuring is the organic metal complex polymer material irradiated by the laser,and the metal particles are released from the surface to form conductive material without electroplating and etching,the complex three-dimensional antenna circuit can be directly formed on the surface of the polymer material.The molded interconnect antenna device is a injected polymer material antenna,the polymer is organic metal complex material.In this paper,the design,simulation,fabrication and test of the laser direct structuring molded interconnect dipole antenna and the conical four-arm dual-polarized log-periodic antenna are discussed.The dipole antenna is made of polycarbonate Xanter laser direct structuring material.Antenna operate at 1 GHz,the Balun,the amplifier,the matching network,and the connector are all located near dipole.The return loss is-18dB.The influence of planar bending structure on the input impedance and radiation characteristics of conical four-arm polarization log-periodic antenna is discussed.antenna provide more than・8dB input match in 3Ghz-9Ghz range.The radiation pattern are two linear orthogonal polarizations,the front-to-back ratio is 6dB.The antenna has a maximum gain of 5.6 dBi at 5.5 GHz.Correlation factor proves the adaptability of the structure for antenna diversity and MIMO applications.
