课程思政视域下职业发展与就业指导课程改革研究

摘　　要：大学生职业发展与就业指导课程是高校思政工作落实的重要组成部分,在课程思政视域下,要充分正视课程思政与课程本身的协同共进关系,探索以课堂为中心,推动学生全面成长。现结合当前高职职业发展与就业指导课程的落实情况,分析"课程思政"融入的必要性及实施路径,以期更加彰显课程思政的全面育人价值,将职业发展与就业指导课程打造成助推学生学习成长的精品课程。The course of career development and employment guidance for college students is an important part of the ideological and political work in colleges.From the perspective of ideological and political education,its co-development relationship with the curriculum itself should be fully faced and the classroom-centered methodology to promote the all-round development of students should be explored.Considering the current implementation of career development and employment guidance course in vocational colleges,this paper analyses the necessity and implementation path of the ideological and political education,with the hope to highlight the comprehensive education value of the ideological and political education and make the course of career development and employment guidance into a high-quality course to promote students’learning and growth.
