摘　　要：自媒体利用自身具有的个性化传播模式,在提升高等院校意识形态传播的有效性、便捷性,在强化教育的针对性与目的性,在扩展教学的发展平台以及完善教学功能等多方面的同时,为湖南高等院校意识形态工作提供诸多发展机会,与此同时,伴随自媒体影响力的持续扩张,使高等院校意识形态工作面临诸多问题,故而怎样在自媒体时代背景下优化湖南高校意识形态工作,具有非常重要的价值意义与实践作用。Self-media uses its own personalized communication model to enhance the effectiveness and convenience of ideological communication in colleges and universities,strengthen the pertinence and purpose of education,expand the development platform of teaching,and improve teaching functions.At the same time,it provides many development opportunities for the ideological work of higher education institutions in Hunan.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of the influence of the self-media,the ideological work of colleges and universities faces many problems,so how to optimize the ideological work of colleges and universities in Hunan under the background of the self-media era has a very important value and practical effect.
