摘 要:通过调查乐山市初高中群体3000人,采用乐山市疾病预防控制中心《学生新冠肺炎防控知识行为专题调查表》,通过纸质问卷调查方式,对数据进行统计学分析,比较不同年级中学生对新冠肺炎的认知水平和预防新冠肺炎的行为差异。结论:COVID-19发生后,通过学校、社会和政府等各个方面的宣传,中学生对新冠肺炎认知程度基本形成但仍有待提高,对洗手可以预防新冠肺炎认知可能存在抵触心理。建议学校应根据中学生心理发育特点,有计划、有针对性地开展流行病学预防知识的健康教育。下一步工作将采取纵向随访研究,强化重点人群和知识点正确率低的人群宣教。To make specific intervention measurements and help the middle school student to establish the awareness of preventing and controlling the COVID-19,it is nesscessary to investigate the cognition and preventative behavior of middle school students about the COVID-19.In this study,3000 students in junior and senior high school were chosen to complete the form of special questionnaire about students’knowledge and behavior of preventing and controlling COVID-19.Through statistical analysis,the students of different grades were compared in terms of cognition level and preventative behavior distinction to the COVID-19(p<0.05).Generally,the cognition about the COVID-19 among the middle school students have been formed through the propaganda of school,society and government after the outbreak,but it still needs to be further enhanced,especially to establish the awareness of the importance of preventing COVID-19 through washing hands.It is suggested that the school should carry out health education of epidemiological prevention knowledge in a planned and targeted way according to the characteristics of middle school students′psychological development.Further study has been planned to take longitudinal follow-up study to strengthen the propaganda and education of key groups and people with low accuracy of knowledge points.
