摘　　要：根据割草机的传动需要,确定主、从动齿轮的尺寸参数。在三维建模软件Solidworks中建立主、从动齿轮的三维模型,并进行装配。通过模态分析可获得齿轮前6阶固有频率和振型,分析齿轮的振动特点。将各阶模态固有频率换算成转速并与转轴转速进行比较。According to the transmission needs of the mower,and the heat processing technology is designed.In the 3D modeling software Solidworks,the three-dimensional model of the main and driven gear is set up,and the assembly is carried out.Through modal analysis,the first 6 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the gears can be obtained.The vibration patterns obtained are observed,and the vibration characteristics of the gears are analyzed.The natural frequencies are converted into rotational speeds and compared with the rotational speed of the rotating shaft.
