摘 要:精密离心机是标定和测试加速度计的关键设备,通常由稳速台和随动台组成,被测产品安装在随动台台面上。精密离心机工作时被测产品受到离心力作用,为确保被测产品的角位置不变,随动台采用端齿盘副实现机械锁紧。为了校核端齿盘副的强度,对端齿盘进行了受力分析和计算,再利用Creo/Simulate模块对端齿盘副进行了有限元分析,得出其应力和安全系数。接着分析了齿形角、外端直径和齿数的变化对端齿盘强度的影响,并对其进行了优化。分析结果表明,优化后端齿盘的应力减小了65.5%,极大地增加了机构的安全系数。Precision centrifuge is the key equipment in the calibrating and testing of accelerometer.Precision centrifuge usually consists of the steady speed table and the servo table,and the product to be measured is installed on the servo table.The product to be measured is subjected to centrifugal force when the precision centrifuge works,and the servo table is mechanically locked by the end-toothed disc pair to ensure that the angular position of the product remain unchanged.In order to check the strength of the end-toothed disc,force analysis and calculation of the end-toothed disc pair are carried out.Then finite element analysis of the end-toothed disc pair is done by using Creo/Simulate,and the stress and safety factor are obtained.The influence of tooth angle,outer end diameter and number of teeth on the strength of the end-toothed disc are analyzed and optimized.The results show that the stress of the optimized end-toothed disc is reduced by 65.5%,and the safety factor of the mechanism is greatly increased.
