摘 要:随着和谐号、复兴号动车组列车的广泛使用,动车组维修检修的工作量与日俱增,运维人员在培训中理论与实践较难结合,缺乏能够对运维人员进行有效培训的系统。针对动车组轴温监测结构复杂、组成部件多和抽象难以理解的特点,采用基于视点距离和视角范围的LOD场景优化方法以及基于空间分解和混合层次包围盒的改进碰撞检测算法,开发出一种动车组轴温监测虚拟培训系统。该系统包含虚拟检修车间和动车组场景、轴温监测系统工作流程等教学资源,相比于传统培训方式,具有效率高、交互性好、沉浸感强、成本低等优点。With the extensive use of Hexie and Fuxing EMU trains,the workload of EMU maintenance is increasing.It is difficult to combine theory with practice in the training of operation and maintenance personnel,and there is a lack of effective training system for operation and maintenance personnel.Aiming at the problems in EMU journal temperature monitoring such as complex structure,numerous components and difficulty in understanding,we have developed a virtual training system for EMU journal temperature monitoring.By adopting the LOD scene optimization method based on viewpoint distance and perspective range,as well as the improved collision detection algorithm based on spatial decomposition and hybrid hierarchical bounding box,we have developed a training system that contains teaching resources such as virtual maintenance workshop,EMU scenes,journal temperature monitoring system workflow,etc.Compared with traditional training methods,the system has the advantages of high efficiency,good interaction,strong immersion and low cost.
