摘 要:挠力河流域水田面积的增加,引起了对水资源承载能力的担忧,对是否进一步发展水田存在争议。根据长系列降雨研究成果与水稻作物需水量研究成果,将流域划分为2个区域,即:Ⅰ区,多年平均降水量满足水稻生育期需水量的区域;Ⅱ区,其它区域。根据农业需水量理论,当水田面积达到全流域的35%时,该流域中多年平均降水量等于农业需水量;水田面积为水田发展的最大值,面积77.0×10^(4) hm^(2);如果从流域外引水,适宜调水量为215.8 mm,水田面积还可增加。根据2个分区的降水特点,Ⅰ区以拦蓄当地水为主调节缺水,Ⅱ区以调水为主解决缺水。The increase of paddy field area in Naoli River Basin has aroused concerns about the carrying capacity of water resources,and there is a dispute about whether to further develop paddy field.According to a series of rainfall research results and the research results of rice crop water requirements,the basin is divided into two areas,namely:Area I,the area where the average annual precipitation meets the water demand during the growth period of rice;Area II,other areas.According to the theory of agricultural water demand,when the area of paddy fields reaches 35%of the entire watershed,the multi-year average precipitation in the watershed is equal to the agricultural water demand.The paddy field area is the maximum value of paddy field development,with an area of 77.0×10^(4) hm^(2).If water is drawn from outside the basin,the appropriate amount of water transfer is 215.8 mm,and the paddy field area can be increased.According to the precipitation characteristics of the two areas,the Area I focuses on water transfer to solve the water shortage,and the Area II focuses on the retention of local water to adjust the water shortage.
