摘 要:煤气化过程模拟是一种简单、高效的反映煤气化过程和效果的方法,在降低实验成本,优化运行参数方面均具有重要的作用。文中根据煤气化反应动力学,使用UniSim软件建立了500 t/d水煤浆气流床气化炉模型,并根据3种物料的实验运行结果对模型进行校核和优化。结果显示:经过校核动力学参数的优化模型(OGM)能够更好地模拟气化过程,有效气成分、冷煤气效率、气化温度和合成气流量等关键参数的最大相对误差小于±3%,平均相对误差小于1.5%。在此基础上,对气化过程进行了优化模拟,提出了工艺参数的优化方向。Simulation of the coal gasification process is a simple and efficient way for reproducing the process and effect of coal gasification,which plays an important role in reducing the experimental costs and in optimizing the operating parameters.Based on the reaction kinetics of the coal gasification process,a 500 t/d entrained-bed coal-water slurry gasifier model was established by using UniSim software,and it was validated and optimized according to the experimental observations of three types of materials.The research results show that the optimized model(OGM)with the checked kinetic parameters simulates the gasification process better,and the maximum relative error and mean relative error of the key parameters such as effective gas composition,cold gas efficiency,gasification temperature,and synthesis gas flow rate are smaller than±3%and smaller than 1.5%,respectively.Based on this,the gasification process was optimized and simulated,and the guidelines for the process parameters optimization were proposed.
