摘  要:运用RADIOSS商业软件对某SUV车型进行25%小重叠偏置碰撞对标分析,根据C-IASI(中国保险汽车安全指数)车辆安全性的要求,得到碰撞仿真车体结构的评级结果。碰撞力通过前轮罩外板加强板、A柱、门槛等传递,造成前舱、门环以及门槛变形较为严重,C-IASI评级得分为“Poor”等级。针对出现的问题,提出“掠过+吸能”的碰撞策略,通过改变前轮罩外板加强板特征、增加导向部件以及合理的布置传力路径等方式实现了车身结构优化结果等级从“Poor”到“Good”的提升,证明了该方案的有效性。RADIOSS commercial software was used to carry out 25%small overlap crash benchmarking analysis for a SUV model.According to the safety requirements of C-IASI(China Insurance Vehicle Safety Index),the evaluation results of crash simulation car body structure were obtained.The crash force was transmitted through shotgun,A pillar and threshold,which resulted in serious deformation of front cabin,door ring and threshold.The C-IASI score was Poor.Aiming at the problems,the crash strategy of skipping+absorbing energy was put forward.By changing shotgun characteristics,adding guidance components and arranging the load transfer path reasonably,the grade of body structure optimization results is improved from“Poor”to“Good”,which proves the effectiveness of this scheme.
