摘  要:气门弹簧是发动机配气机构的关键组成部件,其参数设计不仅影响发动机的动力性,更重要的是影响发动机能否在高速下正常稳定的运行。通过对气门弹簧设计关键参数的计算,在设计早期确定能够满足配气机构稳定运行的弹簧预紧力F1、气门最大升程的弹簧力F2以及气门弹簧工作段的平均刚度k,对气门弹簧进行选型。运用该计算方法对某款发动机的气门弹簧进行选型,同时使用AVL-EXCITE软件对配气机构的运动学和动力学进行校核,验证该弹簧选型的方法和流程的可行性。该方法能够一次性确定气门弹簧,且流程简便易行,值得推广。Valve spring is the key component of engine valve train.Its parameter design not only affects the dynamic performance of the engine,but also affects the normal and stable operation of the engine at high speed.Through the calculation of the key parameters of valve spring design,the spring preload F1,the spring force of maximum valve lift F2 and the average stiffness k of valve spring working section which could meet the stable operation of valve train were determined in the early stage of design.At the same time,AVL-EXCITE software was used to check the kinematics and dynamics of the valve train to verify the feasibility of the spring selection method and process.This method can determine the valve spring at one time,and the process is simple and easy to operate,which is worth popularizing.
