摘　　要：传统座椅空调系统由加热垫和通风风扇两个元件共同实现温度调节的功能需求,设计复杂、装配困难、制造成本高。为此采用一款新型的热电空调代替加热垫及通风风扇,将两种元件进行功能集成,同时对半导体热电风扇合理布局并优化侧翼出风口的布置,增强了座椅空调系统对乘员身体及周边环境温度的调控能力,提高乘员体感舒适度,并降低了传统空调座椅的制造难度和成本。最后对新型空调座椅进行升温降温实验验证,满足设计标准。The traditional seat temperature regulation functions achieved by air conditioning(AC)system which mainly composed by heating pad and ventilation fan.This kind of design was complicated and the assembly was difficult,so the responding manufacturing cost was high.A new type of thermoelectric AC instead of heating pad and ventilation fan was adopted,which integrated the both functions of them.Meantime,the thermoelectric AC and the layout of the side air outlet were optimized to enhance the control ability of the seat air conditioning system on the body temperature of the occupant and the surrounding environment,improve the comfort of the occupant.Via the above design,the assemble difficulty and manufacturing cost is decreased.Finally,the new air condition seat by heating and cooling experiments is verify,the test result show that the design meets the standards requirement.
