摘　　要：针对某款车型试验过程中在车辆快速通过高减速带时,出现前减震器噪声过大的问题,分析噪声产生的机制,确认需要优化的零件,并结合试验确定减震器内部缓冲块的材料和结构优化方案,最终通过台架和实车验证,验证改进方案的效果。To improve noise from the front damper of an automobile when pass speed bump which is higher than normal,the root cause of the noise was analyzed,the parts that need to be optimized was confirmed,the material and structure optimization scheme of the internal bumper of damper was determined combined with the test,and finally verified the effect of the improvement scheme through bench test and real vehicle verification.
