摘 要:就业是民生之本。研究生就业指导工作存在培养环节与就业环节割裂、缺少专业性的就业指导体系、个性化就业指导乏力、导师参与度不够等窘困状况。高校在研究生就业指导管理中应从创新就业指导管理体系、创建稳定的指导队伍,完善就业指导内容设置、搭建线上线下指导模式,拓展就业指导资源链条、落实导师责任制度建设,精准就业指导工作目标、适应供给侧结构性改革等方面进行改革。Employment is fundamental to people's livelihood.The employment guidance work of postgraduates is in predicament,such as the separation between the studying link and the employing link,the lack of professional employment guidance service system,the lack of personalized employment guidance,and Postgraduate supervisor in a lower degree of involvement.In the management of graduate employment guidance,the following reforms is carried out in colleges and universities:The employment guidance management system should be innovative.A stable guidance team is built.The contents of the employment guidance is defined.The online instruction mode is formed.The employment guidance resources chain is expanded.The construction of tutor responsibility system is carried out.And the employment guidance is targeted precisely and the structural reform to adapt to the supply side is implemented.
