摘 要:以陶粒为对照,在分析废旧橡胶颗粒理化性质的基础上,对比研究分别以橡胶颗粒和陶粒为填料的反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)的启动挂膜情况以及不同C/N及HRT条件下的运行情况。结果表明,以橡胶颗粒为填料的DNBF更容易启动并达到稳定状态;陶粒和橡胶颗粒DNBF的最佳C/N分别为4和3,其中橡胶颗粒DNBF的脱氮率达90%以上;在C/N为4的条件下,陶粒和橡胶颗粒DNBF的最佳HRT分别为150 min和90 min,橡胶颗粒DNBF的脱氮率在93.5%以上。试验结果均表明废旧橡胶颗粒是一种良好的DNBF填料,具有广泛应用价值。Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of waste rubber particles,the operation of denitrification biofilter(DNBF)with rubber particles and ceramsite fillers under the conditions of start-up,membrane formation,different C/N and hydraulic retention time(HRT)was studied comparably.The results showed that the DNBF with rubber particles as filler was easier to start and reach stable state.The optimal C/N of ceramsite and ru-bber particles DNBF was 4 and 3 respectively,and the denitrification rate of rubber particles DNBF was more than 90%.Under the condition of C/N of 4,the optimal HRT of ceramsite and rubber particles DNBF 150 min and 90 min,the denitrification rate of rubber particles DNBF was above 93.5%.The test results showed that the waste rubber pa-rticles were a good DNBF filler and had wide application value.
