摘 要:利用Fe3+的配位作用使单宁酸(TA)/壳聚糖(CS)胶体粒子在改性聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜的表层快速共沉积,然后在其表面上与均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)进行界面聚合,制备了复合纳滤膜。在水相中添加2,4-二氨基苯磺酸(2,4-DABSA),考察引入磺酸基团后复合膜的过滤及抗污染性能。结果表明,磺化TA/CS复合膜对Na2SO4和MgSO4的截留率分别达到96.21%和90.35%,并且在0.1 g/L腐殖酸、牛血清白蛋白环境下过滤24 h后均具有优异的通量恢复率。Fe3+coordination was used to promote the rapid co-deposition of tannic acid/chitosan colloidal particles on the surface of the modified PAN ultrafiltration membrane.And then on its surface a composite nanofiltration mem-brane was prepared by interfacial polymerization with trimesoyl chloride(TMC).2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid(2,4-DABSA)was added to the water phase to study the filtration and anti-fouling performance of the composite membrane after introducing sulfonic acid groups.The results showed that sulfonated TA/CS composite membrane had a retention rate of 96.21%and 90.35%for Na2SO4 and MgSO4,and it had excellent flux recovery rate after filtering under 0.1 g/L humic acid and bovine serum albumin for 24 h.
