摘  要:以改进型ABR系统对模拟硫酸铵废水进行处理研究,考察外加亚硝态氮源对污水中NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN去除效果的影响,并对其中效果最好的n(NO_(2)^(-)):n(NH4+)为1:1时的各隔室NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN变化进行分析。研究表明,外加亚硝态氮对改进型ABR中NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的去除有促进作用,n(NO_(2)^(-)):n(NH_(4)^(+))为1:1时NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的平均去除率达到最高,分别为55.74%和69.16%。4个隔室的TN和NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率之比分别为55:5:16:7和3:2:11:19。对不同条件下各隔室中的亚硝酸还原酶、羟胺氧化酶活性进行测定。结果显示在进水n(NO_(2)^(-)):n(NH4+)升高的同时,各隔室的酶活性也有显著上升。对n(NO2-):n(NH_(4)^(+))为1:1时的各隔室中的污泥进行高通量分析,结果在1#隔室中发现Enterobacter属的微生物,表明在1#隔室中发生了好氧反硝化。The improved ABR system was used to treat simulated ammonium sulfate wastewater.The influence of addi-tional nitrite nitrogen source on the removal effect of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in sewage was investigated,and the changes of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in each chamber when n(NO_(2)^(-))∶n(NH_(4)^(+))=1∶1 was analyzed.The results showed that the addition of nitrite could promote the removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in the improve ABR.When n(NO2-)∶n(NH_(4)^(+))=1∶1,the aver-age removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN reached the highest values of 55.74%and 69.16%,respectively.The ratios of TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rates in four compartments were 55∶5∶16∶7 and 3∶2∶11∶19,respectively.The activities of nitrite reductase and hydroxylamine oxidase in each compartment under different conditions were determined.The results showed that when n(NO_(2)^(-))∶n(NH_(4)^(+))of influent water increased,the enzyme activities in each compartment also increased significantly.High-throughput analysis was performed on the sludge in each compartment when n(NO_(2)^(-))∶n(NH4+)=1∶1.According to the results,microorganisms of the genus of Enterobacter were found in compartment 1#,indicating that aerobic denitrification occurred in compartment 1#.
