摘　　要：近年来,社会治安环境趋于稳定,但是,高危人群犯罪依旧处于上升趋势。因此,公安部门要加强对高危人群的精准化防范管理。本文分析了高危人群实施犯罪所涉及的“危害公共安全”“侵犯公民人身权利”和“侵犯财产”这三类犯罪。从国家层面和公安机关层面探究做好高危人群的精准化防范管理工作,建立健全高危人群防范管理机制。In recent years,the social security environment tends to be stable,but the crime of high-risk groups is still on the rise.Therefore,the public security department should strengthen the precise prevention and management of high-risk groups.This paper analyzes the three types of crimes involved in the implementation of crimes by high-risk groups:“endangering public security”,“infringing upon the personal rights of citizens”and“infringing upon property”.Based on this,from the national level and the public security organ level to explore the precise prevention and management of high-risk groups,establish and improve the prevention and management mechanism of high-risk groups.
