摘　　要：警察教育训练工作是公安部门培养优秀公安民警的一项重要举措,是公安工作发展中的重要一环。我国警察教育训练还存在法律保障不足、科技化不强、科研与教学相脱离、“共性化”教育等缺点。借鉴国内外警察教育训练模式,我国警察教育训练工作可以在依法保障、科技赋能、科研助力、个性小班化和师资专业化、实战化等方面得到启示和改善。这将为我国现代化警察教育训练工作提供理论借鉴意义。Police education and training is an important measure for public security departments to cultivate excellent police officers and an important link in the development of public security.There are still some shortcomings in police education and training in our country,such as the lack of legal guarantee,the lack of science and technology,the separation between scientific research and teaching,and the“commonness”education.By drawing lessons from the excellent police education and training models at home and abroad,the police education and training in China can be inspired and improved in the aspects of law protection,science and technology empowerment,scientific research assistance,individualized small class,teacher specialization and actual combat,and so on.This will provide theoretical reference for the modernization of police education and training in China.
