校局合作视野下治安专业人才质量提升路径

摘　　要：人才培养是专业建设的核心和目的,治安学专业人才培养目标是高素质应用型人才。校局合作的广泛深入开展为治安学专业人才培养注入了强大的活力和丰富的资源,在优化人才培养方案、课程开发、教学创新、师资培养、教材编写、实习实践、综合实训、第二课堂、创新创业、质量评价等方面对于提高人才培养质量具有积极的价值与意义。Personnel training is the core and purpose of specialty construction,and the goal of public security specialty is high-quality applied talents.The extensive and in-depth cooperation between school and bureau has injected strong vitality and rich resources into the training of public security professionals.It has positive value and significance to improve the quality of personnel training in the aspects of optimizing personnel training program,curriculum development,teaching innovation,teacher training,textbook compilation,internship and practice,comprehensive training,the second classroom,innovation and entrepreneurship,and quality evaluation.
