摘　　要：为保卫陕甘宁边区,解决边区经济困难,三五九旅受命于南泥湾进行屯垦。由于军队直接从事生产劳动在当时尚属稀见,加之屯垦开荒面临极大的困难,三五九旅屯垦战士产生了轻视生产、害怕生产等畏惧心理。为快速投入到生产劳动、完成党中央赋予的光荣任务,在党的领导下,三五九旅全旅展开了广泛且深入的思想政治工作。在整风运动中,将生产动员与思想整风结合起来,通过写反思笔记、进行批评与自我批评等方式,全军统一了思想,思想政治风貌得到很大改观,不仅创造了巨大的生产成绩,也改善了军民关系。三五九旅最终成为边区生产整军的旗帜及各大根据地进行大生产运动学习的榜样。In order to protect the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region and solve its economic difficulties,the 359 brigade was ordered to carry out reclamation in Nanniwan.Due to the fact that it was rare for the army to directly engage in productive labor at that time,and the great difficulties faced by the army in reclaiming wasteland,the soldiers of 359 brigade in reclaiming wasteland had the fear of despising and fearing production.Under the leadership of the CPC,the 359 brigade has carried out extensive and in-depth ideological and political work in order to quickly put into production and accomplish the glorious tasks entrusted by the Party Central Committee.In the rectification movement,production mobilization was combined with ideological rectification.By writing reflection notes,criticizing and self criticizing,the whole army unified its thinking,greatly improved its ideological and political outlook,not only created great achievements in production,but also improved the relationship between the army and the people.The 359 brigade eventually became the banner of the whole army of production in the border region and the model for the major base areas to learn from in the mass production movement.
