论大数据时代高校思政教育者主体地位挑战及应对

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来给高校思政教育者的主体地位带来了挑战。由于缺乏人文关怀、自主创新能力被弱化等危机的出现,高校思政教育者的主体地位受到了冲击。为防止高校思政教育者不能正确运用大数据技术从而导致其主体地位进一步被冲击,高校思政教育者要坚持主体地位不动摇,更新大数据理念、提升应用大数据技术能力、推动大数据技术与高校思想政治教育的人文关怀融合,以应对大数据时代的挑战。The advent of big data era has brought challenges of ideological and political educators subject status in universities.Due to the emergence of crisis such as lack of humanistic care and weakening of independent innovation ability,the ideological and political educators subject status in universities has been impacted partly.In order to prevent the educators from using big data technology incorrectly,which leads to further impact on their status,they should adhere to the status,update the concept of Big Data,upgrade the ability of applying Big Data technology,promote the further integration of big data technology with the humanistic care of Ideological and political education,so as to meet the challenges in Big Data era.
