摘  要:随着国家“一带一路”倡议的推进,研究中国高铁标准海外践行方式及方法愈发重要。依托雅加达至万隆高速铁路大直径盾构隧道工程,结合海外工程背景、地质特性及中印尼标准异同,分别从盾构机选型设计、管片结构设计、盾构机具设计以及风险工程专项设计4个方面展开探讨。结果表明,依据中国标准完成的盾构隧道结构设计成果基本可满足现有印尼相关规范要求;泥水平衡盾构适用于雅加达地区第四系冲洪积胶结黏土、粉质黏土、细砂及细圆砾土地层;采用洞内二次深孔注浆加固,洞外隔离桩或袖阀管注浆加固可有效控制盾构近接施工对周边敏感建筑物的影响。雅万高铁1号隧道的成功实施证明了中国高铁标准走出去已具备可实施性。With the advancement of the“One Belt,One Road”initiative,it is becoming more and more important to study the method of overseas implementation of China's high-speed rail standards.Based on the design and construction example of a large-diameter shield tunnel on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway,this paper launches a discussion on shield machine selection design,segment structure design,machine tool design,and risk engineering design in view of overseas engineering background,local geological characteristics and differences in China-Indonesia standards.The research results show that the shield tunnel structure design results based on Chinese standards can basically meet the requirements of existing Indonesian regulations;the slurry balance shield is suitable for the Quaternary alluvial soft stratum in the Jakarta area;secondary deep hole grouting,isolation piles and surface grouting can effectively control the impact of shield construction on sensitive surrounding buildings.The successful implementation of No.1 Tunnel proves that China's high-speed railway standards are applicable abroad.
