摘  要:金塘海底隧道为甬舟铁路重要控制工程,具有大直径(外径14.0 m)、高水压(最大水压0.843 MPa)、长距离、地中对接、复合地层及海床演变复杂等特点。基于隧道复杂的建设条件,详细阐述隧道平、纵、横断面总体设计控制因素,提出高水压条件下管片外侧双道并排布置型的接缝防水方案,创建了长距离高速铁路盾构隧道轨下适用于机动车辆行驶的纵向贯通疏散通道技术;为有效降低海底地中对接风险,提出将对接点置于覆岩厚度最大断面与注浆加固的土木式对接方案。Jintang Subsea Tunnel is a control project of Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway Project with large cross-section(outer diameter 14.0 m),ultra-high water pressure(maximum water pressure 0.843 MPa),long-distance excavation,docking in ground,composite strata and complex sea environment.Based on the complex construction conditions of tunnel engineering,this paper discusses in detail the control factors of the overall design of plane,longitudinal and cross section of the tunnel,provides the scheme of joint waterproof with double parallel arrangement on the outside of segments under high water pressure,and develops the technology of longitudinal through evacuation passage suitable for motor vehicles under the rail of shield tunnel.For effectively reducing the risks of docking in seabed,the thickest section of rock stratum is selected for docking,and a shield docking method of pre-grouting is provided.
