广湛高铁湛江湾海底隧道方案比选与盾构机选型研究

摘　　要：广湛高铁湛江湾海底隧道具有隧道直径大(开挖直径>14 m)、承受水压高(0.59 MPa)、行车速度高(250 km/h)、盾构掘进距离长(6507 m独头掘进)、近接建(构)筑物多(约3.3 km穿越城市主干道)等特点。为合理确定工程方案,从线路越海通道选取、隧道分合修、不同盾构段长度、盾构台数、盾构机选型和适应性等方面开展研究,主要结论为:推荐采用单洞双线合修、1台盾构独头掘进6507 m的长盾构方案;通过采用泥水平衡盾构施工,并采取加强盾构机主驱动及盾尾密封设计,配置常压刀盘,加强刀盘、刀具、泥浆环流系统的耐磨措施,合理设计刀盘开口率,并采取加强刀盘、刀具冲刷,防止刀盘结泥饼和糊仓等措施,可适应大断面、高水压、长距离掘进粉质黏土地层的工程特点。Zhanjiang Bay Undersea Tunnel of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway has the characteristics of large tunnel diameter(excavation diameter>14 m),high water pressure(0.59 MPa),high running speed(250 km/h),long shield tunneling distance(6507 m single head tunneling),many adjacent buildings and structures(about 3.3 km passing through urban arterial roads),etc.In order to reasonably determine the project scheme,researches are carried out from the aspects of selection of sea crossing channel of the line,scheme of single double-track tunnel tube and twin single-track tunnel tubes,length of different shield zones,number of shield machines,selection and adaptability of shield machines.The main conclusions are as follows.It is recommended to adopt the long shield zone scheme of one single shield tunneling 6507m and single double-track tunnel tube.By adopting the slurry balance shield and taking such measures as strengthening the design of main drive and shield tail seal of the shield machine,configuring atmospheric cutter head,strengthening wear resistance of cutter head,cutter and slurry circulation system,reasonably designing the opening rate of cutter head,and strengthening the erosion measures of cutter head and cutter to prevent cutter head from mud cake and mud bunker,engineering projects of large section,high water pressure and long distance tunneling in silty clay stratum can be fulfilled.
