摘 要:转基因技术为鱼类育种及生物性状改良开辟了新的途径。虽然转基因鱼具有许多优良经济性状,但其在食品安全性和生态安全性方面仍存在不确定性因素,引起人们的普遍担忧。因此,本文在简要综述我国鱼类转基因技术研究进展和应用现状基础上,分析其科学不确定性导致潜在生态风险的实质,对现阶段转基因鱼应用开发的管理政策及方法进行讨论并提出相关建议,以期为转基因鱼应用开发在科学不确定性下的风险治管控供参考。The technology of transgenic provides a new way of fish breeding and biological characteristics improvement.Although there are many good economic traits of genetically modified fish,itsuncertainties regarding food safety and ecological safety still exist,causing widespread concerns.Based on a brief review of the research progress and application status of transgenic fish technology in China,this paper reveals the essence of potential ecological risks due to scientific uncertainty,discussing the regulations and policies relating to transgenic fish applications and development at the present stage,and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide references for the risk management of the application and development of transgenic fishes under scientific uncertainties.
