摘　　要：基于钢筋混凝土排水管的质量要求,介绍了芯模振动与径向挤压两种成型工艺的质量控制要点,包括原材料选择、混凝土配合比设计及性能、机械设备选型与控制、钢筋骨架成型、成型要点和产品养护,并阐述了顶进施工用排水管生产过程及产品检验出厂的注意事项。Based on the quality requirements of reinforced concrete drainage pipe,the key control points of core mold vibration and radial extrusion forming process are introduced,including raw materials selection,concrete mix proportion design and performance,mechanical equipment selection and controlling,reinforcement framework sharping,products forming points and maintenance,and the production process of pipe jacking and the precautions for inspection and delivery are expound.
