摘  要:研究了单掺、复掺沥青混凝土搅拌站废粉和偏高岭土对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:单掺废粉试件不同龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度均随着废粉掺量的增加而减小;复掺30%废粉+6%偏高岭土可有效提高试件的28 d抗压强度;空白组、单掺15%废粉、复掺30%废粉+6%偏高岭土试件均满足设计抗渗等级P8的要求,且三者在相同龄期的碳化深度相近;单掺15%废粉试件的氯离子迁移系数、孔隙率、平均孔径、临界孔径、最可几孔径均最大,说明废粉的掺入对混凝土的孔结构不利;复掺30%废粉+6%偏高岭土试件的氯离子迁移系数、孔隙率、平均孔径、临界孔径、最可几孔径均最小,说明偏高岭土的掺入可显著改善掺废粉混凝土的孔结构。The effect of waste powder from asphalt concrete mixing station and metakaolin on mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete with single waste powder at different ages decrease with the increase of waste powder content.Adding 30%waste powder+6%metakaolin can effectively improve the 28 d compressive strength of the specimens.The blank group,the specimens mixed with 15%waste powder and the specimens mixed with 30%waste powder and 6%metakaolin all meet the requirements of the design impermeability grade P8,and the carbonation depth of the three at the same age is similar.The chloride ion migration coefficient,the porosity,average pore diameter,critical pore diameter and most probable diameter of specimens mixed with 15%waste powder are the largest,which indicates that the addition of waste powder is unfavorable to the pore structure of concrete.The chloride ion migration coefficient,the porosity,average pore diameter,critical pore diameter and most probable diameter of specimens mixed with 30%waste powder and 6%metakaolin are the lowest,which indicates that the addition of metakaolin can significantly improve the pore structure of cement concrete.
