消肿生肌汤促进高位单纯性肛瘘患者肛瘘栓填塞术后创面愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消肿生肌汤促进高位单纯性肛瘘患者肛瘘栓填塞术后创面愈合的效果。方法选择2016年12月至2018年12月我院收治的98例高位单纯性肛瘘患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=49)与对照组(n=49),两组均接受肛瘘栓填塞术治疗,术后均使用我院自制紫草软膏进行换药,观察组加服消肿生肌汤。比较两组创面愈合情况,包括创面初始面积、创面愈合时间及创面症状(创面分泌物、肉芽形态、创面疼痛)。结果两组创面初始面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1天,两组创面分泌物、肉芽形态和创面疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。术后第7天,两组创面分泌物、肉芽形态和创面疼痛评分较组内术后第1天低,观察组各症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对于接受肛瘘栓填塞术治疗的高位单纯性肛瘘患者,在术后常规换药的基础上加服消肿生肌汤有助于促进创面愈合,减轻术后疼痛。Objectives To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong Shengji decoction on promoting wound healing in patients with high simple anal fistula after anal fistula plug.Methods Ninety-eight patients with high simple anal fistula treated at our hospi⁃tal between December 2016 and December 2018 were recruited.Using the random number table,the patients were randomly as⁃signed to treatment group(n=49)and control group(n=49).Both groups received anal fistula plug and dressing with homemade Arnebia ointment after surgery.In addition,the treatment group received Xiaozhong Shengji decoction.Wound healing,including initial wound area,time to wound healing,and wound characteristics(wound oozing,granulation,and wound pain),were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results Initial wound area was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).Time to wound healing was significantly shorter in the treatment group(P<0.05).The two groups did not differ significantly in wound oozing,granulation,and wound pain at 1 day after surgery(P>0.05).In both groups,the scores of wound oozing,granulation,and wound pain at 7 days after surgery were significantly lower than those at 1 day after surgery(P<0.05),and they were significantly lower in the treatment group at 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with high simple fistula who underwent anal fistula plug,Xiaozhong Shengji decoction can promote wound healing and alleviate postoperative pain.
