中西医结合治疗水禽黄病毒病腺病毒病的体会

摘　　要：从1999年1月至今,广东多个地区水禽场发现一种以拉稀、软脚、沉水和心脏积液为主要特征的传染病,多以中大龄水禽发病为主。其发病突然,死亡率达10-20%左右。经过流行病学、临床症状和剖检病理变化以及实验室检验,确诊为水禽的黄病毒病腺病毒病。经过采用四黄止痢颗粒、茵栀颗粒等中成药,配合使用抗病毒和解热镇痛类药物,能有效减少该病的发生和死亡,收到较好的疗效。Since January 1999,an infectious disease characterized by diarrhea,soft feet,submerged water and cardiac effusion has been found in waterfowl farms in many areas of Guangdong province.Most waterfowl in middle and old age have been infected.Its onset is sudden,the mortality rate is about 10-20%.Through epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes of necropsy and laboratory tests,it was confirmed as flavivirus disease adenovirus disease of waterfowl.Through using the Chinese patent medicine such as 4 yellow stop dysentery granule,Yinzhi granule,cooperate to use antivirus and antipyretic analgesic kind of medicine,can reduce the occurrence of this disease and death effectively,receive better curative effect.
