摘　　要：针对某车型出现的ECM失效故障,分析最可能的几种原因,并对每种原因分别进行测试,最终找到引起失效的要因。针对要因提出一种改进方案,并对方案进行整车静态和动态测试,结果满足设计要求,为后期整车电气原理图设计提供参考。Aiming at the ECM failure of a certain vehicle,this paper analyzes the most probable reasons,and tests each reason separately,finally finds out the main cause of the failure.Aiming at the main cause,puts forward an improvement scheme,the static and dynamic test results of the scheme meet the design requirements and provide a reference for the later design of the vehicle electrical schematic diagram.
