摘　　要：本文介绍国际标准IEC61967系列标准中关于集成电路传导发射的测量方法。对标准给出的1Ω/150Ω直接耦合方法、工作台法拉第笼法、磁场探头法的测试原理、试验布置及测试方法的特点进行说明,以帮助测试人员根据集成电路不同类型选择相应的试验方法。The integrated circuits electromagnetic conducted emission series standards IEC 61967 are introduced briefly.The test fundamentals,set up and attention during the test of these three different methods for emission tests-1Ω/150Ωdirect coupling method,workbench faraday cage method,and magnetic probe method are analyzed.Differences between these methods are proposed for testers to choose the test program which depends on the IC characteristics.
