摘  要:白及来源于兰科植物白及的干燥块茎,具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的功效,有着悠久的应用历史。本文整理了白及的化学成分、药理活性及白及多糖提取工艺的研究概况,发现白及含有糖类、联苄类及其衍生物、菲类、二氢菲类、二氢菲呋喃类、联菲类、双菲醚类、甾体以及三萜等有效成分,主要有止血、免疫调节、促进伤口愈合、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗溃疡、促进造血、抗病毒等药理活性,白及多糖的提取方式主要有溶剂提取、超声提取、微波提取和酶辅助提取法等。Bletilla striata is the dry tuber of orchidaceae plant Bletilla striata.It has the actions of astringency and hemostasis,as well as reducing swelling and generating muscle,which has been used for a long period of time.This study reviewed the chemical components and pharmacological actions of Bletilla striata and the extraction technology of its polysaccharide.It is found that Bletilla striata contains saccharides,bibenzyls,benzyl derivatives,phenanthrenes,dihydrophenanthrenes,dihydrofurans,diphenylene,blestrin,steroid,triterpene and other chemical components.Its actions mainly include hemostasis,immune regulation,promoting wound healing,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-ulcer,promoting hematopoiesis,anti-virus and other pharmacological actions.The extraction methods mainly include solvent extraction,ultrasound extraction,microwave extraction and enzyme extraction.
