摘 要:为明确不同栽培方式下夏直播花生功能叶片氮素代谢相关酶活性和含氮化合物的变化规律及其差异,在田间条件下,以‘青花7号’花生品种为材料,系统研究了花生夏直播高产保护性栽培法、地膜覆盖、秸秆还田对夏直播花生功能叶片氮素代谢的影响。结果表明:花生夏直播高产保护性栽培法可显著增强夏直播花生功能叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性,提高游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量;地膜覆盖和秸秆还田也可不同程度提高夏直播花生功能叶片NR、GS、GDH活性和增加游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量,但其效果显著低于高产保护性栽培法。In order to clarify the changes and differences of nitrogen metabolism related enzyme activities and nitrogen-containing compounds in functional leaves of summer peanut under different cultivation modes,respectively described as high-yield protective cultivation mode,plastic film mulching and straw returning,on nitrogen metabolism of functional leaves of summer direct seeding peanut were systematically studied under the field condition with peanut variety Qinghua7 as material.The results showed that the activities of nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthase(GS)and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH)were significantly increased,and the contents of free amino acid,soluble protein and proline in functional leaves were significantly enhanced by high-yield protective cultivation of peanut under summer direct seeding.The activities of NR,GS and GDH,and the contents of free amino acids,soluble protein and proline in functional leaves of peanut were also increased by plastic film mulching and straw mulching methods,but the effect was significantly lower than that by high-yield protective cultivation mode.
